Refund policy

We understand online shopping can be difficult to get the correct fit and size every time.

If you are not happy with your purchase we will offer a refund or Gift Voucher as long as it is within 21 days of purchase.

Goods must be as you bought them, unworn, with the tags still attached.

  • Full priced items are eligible for refund
  • SALE and discounted items will be credited to you with a Gift Card
  • LAST CHANCE collection purchases are final, they are non returnable so please choose carefully.
  • Returns are only accepted within 21 days of purchase
  • IMPORTANT Please provide proof of purchase eg: order copy or order number with your return parcel.
  • All items are sent AUTHORITY TO LEAVE unless you advise us otherwise
  • Returns are at the customers cost.
  • Online order returns CANNOT be processed in store, but you may drop off for processing later.
  • Please note : In store purchases cannot be sent back to us for refunds. If you have purchased in store, you must come in with your receipt to process the return in person

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account: Click the "Returns"  or visit your account page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit verification code.

  2. Find your order: Once logged in, locate the order containing the item(s) you want to return. You can only return items from orders that have been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.

  3. Select items to return: Click "Request return" next to your order. If your order has multiple items, select which specific items you want to return.

  4. Provide return details: Choose a reason for your return from the dropdown menu and add any additional notes to help us process your request.

  5. Submit your request: Click "Request return" to send your application to us for review.

  6. Wait for approval: We'll review your return request and send you an email with our decision. If approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions

  7. Ship your return: Package your item(s) securely and drop off at your shipping location.

  8.  Once we receive and process your returned item(s), we'll issue your refund or Gift card to your original payment method.

Return Policy: Items must be returned within [21 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached.

Lost or delayed delivery Orders:

If you have not received your parcel after 10 days or the estimated delivery time frame, please reach out to us and we will initiate an investigation on your behalf.

Please note that delivery may be delayed during Sales, peak periods and Holiday/Christmas season due to the volume of parcels on the move across the country and this is out of our control. 

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier/Australia Post it is the responsibility of the courier/Australia Post but we are here to help you and we will do everything we can to help you find it.
