We understand online shopping can be difficult to get the correct fit and size every time.
If you are not happy with your purchase we will offer a refund or Gift Voucher as long as it is within 21 days of purchase.
Goods must be as you bought them, unworn, with the tags still attached.
- Returns are at the customers cost.
- Full priced items are eligible for refund
- SALE items will be credited to you with a Gift Voucher
- LAST CHANCE collection purchases are final, they are non returnable so please choose carefully.
- Returns are only accepted within 21 days of purchase
- IMPORTANT Please provide proof of purchase eg: order copy or order number with your return parcel.
- We cannot exchange, sorry but our system cannot yet do that! If you need a different size, please go on our website to repurchase the correct size.
- All items are sent AUTHORITY TO LEAVE unless you advise us otherwise
- Online order returns CANNOT be processed in store, but you may drop off for processing later.

We ship worldwide and the GST component is taken out at the checkout for overseas orders , although you may still be up for import taxes
Please note : In store purchases cannot be sent back to us for refunds. If you have purchased in store, you must come in with your receipt to process the return in person.
Lost or delayed delivery Orders:
If you have not received your parcel after 10 days or the estimated delivery time frame, please reach out to us and we will initiate an investigation on your behalf.
Please note that delivery may be delayed during Sales, peak periods and Holiday/Christmas season due to the volume of parcels on the move across the country and this is out of our control.
Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier/Australia Post it is the responsibility of the courier/Australia Post but we are here to help you and we will do everything we can to help you find it.
